Download daily, monthly and weekly CSV reports
Open your Woodpecker account and navigate to:
- Settings →
- My Profile →
- Reports →
- To get the file, click the green icon next to the corresponding report.
There are 3 types of reports:
- daily - yesterday's statistics,
- weekly - last 7 days,
- and monthly - last month.
Example: We've downloaded the reports today afternoon, November 28. Here are the dates the reports cover:
- daily - from 2019-11-27, 00:00 until 2019-11-28, 00:00. In the report, you can see the statistics form yesterday. Today's statistics aren't included.
- weekly - from 2019-11-21, 00:00 until 2019-11-28, 00:00, last 7 days (21,22,23,24,25,26,27) without today's statistics.
- monthly - from 2019-10-28, 00:00 until 2019-11-28, 00:00, last month.
If we download the report on December 1, we'll get the report from November. If the month is 31 days long, let's say November and the previous one 30 days long, e.g. November, we'll get statistics from November 30 until December 31 when downloading them on December 31st.
Each report type is divided into 3 categories:
- General statistics per campaign
- Number of messages sent from each level in campaigns
- Open rate per campaign
How to read your CSV report?
On top of the file, you can find the type of statistics you've downloaded and the corresponding date (YYYY-MM-DD), for example, open_rate_by_campaign_2019-11-19-2019-11-20.

FAQ
Q: What’s the difference between Summary Emails and Daily or monthly, weekly CSV reports?
Summary Emails cover yours from Monday-till-Monday Woodpecker performance. Every Monday you'll receive an email with statistics like:
- the number of emails you've sent,
- opens,
- and replies you received to all your campaigns.
Reports, however, present you a more detailed view of the sent emails during the time covered in the report.
Q: I can't access Reports. Why?
Reports can be accessed only by users with admin rights. Please check your Woodpecker account. In case you're not sure, let us know.
Q: What is CSV?
CSV stands for Comma-separated value. CSV file format uses a comma as a field separator and new line as a new data record. Woodpecker uses CSV files to import and export the data.
You can export your sheet to a CSV file from any web or desktop sheet editor.
Q: Is it possible to get an automated daily CSV report from email statistics?
At the moment it isn't possible. We're working on this feature though! Check our Roadmap to be up-to-date with the newest feature releases.
