What happens if a prospect replies from another email address?

When a prospect replies to your cold email from an address different from the one in your prospects list (the one that the email was sent to in your campaign), then Woodpecker will detect it, provided that the original message is included in the reply.

This email, aside from landing in Inbox in the app, will be viewable in the respective campaign, in conversation history for that prospect (the original email address).

The new address will be added to your prospects list, with the BLACKLIST status, and #SECONDARYEMAIL tag.
